Thought For The Week: Mental Health Awareness

Today marks the start of Mental Health awareness week. The theme this year is Anxiety. 

What do you do to support your own wellbeing? How can you support your children with Anxiety? It would be useful to open up the discussions with your children about Anxiety, what it looks like for them or others and how can they can access support.

Ms Haywood holds coffee mornings in the Nurture Room every Wednesday morning, 8.45am – 10am.
