Hello everyone!
As you might remember, at the end of last term we asked you all to let us know what thought about school uniform. We had 258 responses overall (across the Federation) and 148 responses from Heavers Farm. Overwhelmingly, the votes were to keep school uniform. There is more detail below about the responses.
At present, we will be keeping our current uniform, as per our School Uniform Policy. This can be found on the School Uniform page. While there were similar overall results regarding school tracksuits vs. school uniform, when we break this down by age group, it is clear that the tracksuit is more popular in Early Years (where it is currently the uniform) and formal school uniform is more popular in the older year groups. We will consider running another survey to look at this question again in the future.
