We will be holding an inter-school dance competition to crown our very own Youth Games Primary Dance champions over the Christmas holidays!
If you think that is you or your group, here is how to enter:
Over the holidays, either as an individual or if you want to enter as a group, you will have to create your own dance routine. These videos can then be sent to to the school office, which will be forwarded to your coaches.
Once your sports coaches have seen the dance videos they will then pick an overall winner from both schools, year by year, with the school that has the most year group winning, being crowed our Youth Games Primary Dance champions.
The top three videos at each school will be sent off to the London Youth Games for the London-wide competition, so this is going to be very competitive!
We hope that lots of you enter and we want to see you all being as creative as possible.
Competition rules:
- Videos need to be submitted through ‘WeTransfer’ to the school office admin email: office@heaversfarm.croydon.sch.uk
- Routines must be between 90 seconds and 3 minutes in duration.
- Music choice must be child friendly/safe so no offensive language.
- Videos have to be landscape format and the editing together of children from the same team performing a routine in different locations (due to social distancing/shielding) is permitted.
