Thank you so much to all of those who have supported us so far in the wider opening of our school – it has been successful so far.
Whilst it’s not been school as we have known it, it’s been wonderful to see so many of the children who have returned.
As we’ve explained, we will continue to provide online learning for all year groups, so if your child is still not at school, they will still be able to learn.
Parents Coming on Site
We ask that children arrive within 5 minutes of their start time. If your child arrives early, they will not be permitted on site until 5 minutes before their start time.
We remind you that parents, carers and visitors are not permitted inside the school building at any time. Please respect this, for the benefit of all of our staff and students.
Children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3,4,5,6) will not be permitted to be accompanied by an adult onto the site, they must walk from their gate to their class.
Children in Nursery, Reception and Year 1 will be permitted to be accompanied by only one adult who must only drop their child(ren) to their class and then leave the site.
If you have a younger (pre-school) child with you, you may bring them onto the site whilst you drop your child, but you must keep this child with you at all times. If your child is not near you or complying social distancing, you will be asked to leave and wait for your child outside the gate.
Children do not have to wear school uniform, but we do ask that they wear trainers to school, and wear clothes that would be appropriate for PE and physical activity.
It is not appropriate for children in any year group to wear dresses, skirts, sandals, ballet pumps or flip-flops.
Please ensure all clothes are machine washable, and that children wear a fresh set of clothes each day.
All children must bring in their own water bottle each day, to prevent any cross contamination.
