Celebrating Diversity in Books

Quentin Blake is one of my favourite illustrators.  I have fond memories of his work from reading Roald Dahl as a child.  In this BBC interview, he talks a little about his book The Five of Us and why there should be more books that give a positive image of people with disabilities.  This book includes a group of children who all have different abilities and  disabilities.

Do you agree with Quentin, that we should have more story books with positive images of people with disabilities?

If you could write a story with a character with a disability which disability would you include? Why?
