Last night, following hours of rehearsals, the Young Voices ventured to the O2 arena to sing and dance alongside 7,000 other children in the world’s largest choir.
It was a breath-taking evening, filled with flickering lights and sequinned dresses. There were a range of up-lifting and innovative performances from street dancers, The Beatbox Collective and rock guitarist Tabby Callaghan. The children gained a massive sense of achievement and did us proud, performing alongside incredible artists and a live band.
Parents, children and teachers were exhausted after dancing along to a lively Justin Timberlake remix. Yet, this will be a night to remember for the rest of our lives. Profits from the event are generously donated to the Nordoff Robbins charity.
Thank you to parents, children and Mrs Ferri for making this event possible.
