Heavers Farm Primary School expansion proposals – invitation to public exhibition
As you may be aware, Croydon Council is proposing to expand the existing Heavers Farm Primary School at 58 Dinsdale Gardens, SE25 6LT by 1 FE (forms of entry). The proposal will provide much needed school places for local children in the area.
Following development of the scheme over the past few months, a Planning Application is due to be submitted by the end of the year to the Planning Authority of the London Borough of Croydon.
Prior to the application being submitted, Croydon would like to invite you to attend a public exhibition which is intended to be an informal, drop in session and will give you the opportunity to discuss the proposals with representatives from the London Borough of Croydon, Heavers Farm Primary School, Willmott Dixon Construction (the contractors) and Members of their Design Team who will be able to provide detail on:
- The rationale behind the proposed design
- The Planning Application/process
- Who to contact regarding enquiries during the relevant stages
- The programme
- How we intend to communicate with parents/carers during the construction period
- Management of the construction
This exhibition will take place tomorrow, 6th October 2015 between 3pm and 6pm at Heavers Farm Primary School 58 Dinsdale Gardens, SE25 6LT. A small questionnaire will be provided to record your comments at the event.
