Heavers Farm PTA would like to invite all parents and staff to our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 29th September at 6pm. We hope the meeting will last around 15 minutes, after which there’ll be time for cake, refreshments and a chat! Please come along to support us, share ideas and find out what we have planned for this year. The meeting will be held in the Music room at Heavers Farm (the cylindrical room by the school office).
The PTA organises social and fund-raising events for children and parents/carers. We aim to raise money so that our children can be provided with extra materials, events and equipment that will enrich their school life. Our current aim is to raise money towards the purchase of a coach/minibuses so that the children can go on more school trips. We are a sociable and informal group and we are looking forward to meeting lots of new faces this year!
If anyone would like to join the PTA, please complete the tear-off slip on the letter you received this week. But please come to the meeting even if you don’t want to join, just pop along to see what it’s all about.
