    I do try to be outside in the mornings on the days that I am at Heavers if someone wants to have a quick word. I am usually at Heavers on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The Deputy Headteachers are outside every morning and afternoon and they are happy to speak to any parents if they want to have a chat and/or share their concerns.

    If what you want to see me about is a complaint about something in school, then we have a procedure for everyone to go through to ensure that problems are solved quickly, by the people closest to the children. We ask that parents speak to their class teacher first, and if they are not satisfied, then to make an appointment to see one of the Deputy Headteachers. If this does not solve the issue then we ask that the complaint is put in writing to me.
