Snow Alert!

snow_londonA severe weather alert has been issued by the Met Office for today. The current alert level is Level 3 – Cold Weather Action

There is a 95% chance of heavy snow from about 10am this morning. 

Therefore, we will be closing school at 12.00 noon today, Friday 18th January 2013.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will keep you updated if there are any changes.

The children do not need to wear uniform they should wear warm, winter clothes as it is going to be very cold.

The enterprise activities and maths fancy dress planned for Friday afternoon will be postponed until next Friday 25th January 2013.

    You can come to school in warm winter clothes tomorrow. No school uniform! We will do the enterprise activities and maths fancy dress next Friday.

  8. We are wearing warm clothes because at 9am it will be pouring of snow and we have to go to assembly and break so wear your warm clothes!

  9. Hello Patrick, it has not snowed yet, but according to the weather forecast heavy snow is on the way. They predict that it will start snowing at about 9.00 or 10.00am. The temperature is very low, so please wrap up warmly!
