Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club is available to all of our pupils from Nursery to Year 6 and opens every day at 7.30am. A range of activities and a choice of healthy breakfasts are provided for the children. The Breakfast Club staff are all members of the school staff team so children have the added benefit of either knowing them already. Your child will be encouraged to follow the school rules so that there is consistency throughout the school day.

To safeguard your child the entrance door is only opened by staff and at the end of Breakfast Club all children are taken by a staff member to their class. We ask that parents and carers bring their child right up to the hall door, taking care on the pavement leading to the school hall so that they arrive safely as there are vehicles around at this time of the day. 

Our Breakfast Club costs £5 daily and is an ideal way for our families to have a calm and gentle start to their day – by leaving your child safely in our care and arriving yourself at work relaxed. Your child goes to their class settled and ready to tackle the day ahead of them. Payment for this club should be made in advance on a weekly basis wherever possible. You can of course pay for longer periods of time if you wish. Payments can be given to Breakfast Club staff in a marked envelope stating your child’s name, which club the payment is for and how much is enclosed or made to the school office (though this is not always staffed in the very early morning) – these will all be processed via our school office and receipts either handed or sent on to you.

Breakfast Club places can be booked on the Clubs Form available from the school office. Please remember that all bookings are on a first come first served basis, however, we will try to accommodate you if we can.

If you only need a place on an occasional basis, we can do this too. Just speak to the office staff who will be happy to help you.
